The population of Forsyth County is approximately 350,000 residents, and it is the fourth largest county in the state. The county seat is Winston-Salem, with a population of approximately 242,000 residents. Unincorporated communities in Forsyth County include Bethabara, Donnaha, Pfafftown, Stanleyville and Vienna, among others.
